      本系統主要設計與實現案卷受理登記管理、專業檢驗、案卷入庫后的借閱、移交和永久存儲等基于工作流技術的業務處理模塊。這些模塊能實時監控業務流程的執行狀態，簡化檢驗工作人員的程序，極大提高案卷業務管理的工作效率。
      本系統嚴格按照“《公安派出所檔案管理辦法》公通字〔1997〕32號”要求，利用射頻技術、視頻監控技術、網絡技術和數據庫技術等高新技術，是集案卷追蹤、監控、案件和案卷信息錄入、案卷照片采集保存、查詢、自動盤點、統計分析等功能的案件管理系統。
